FESTIVAL & EVENT
- The right of admission is reserved by "ATP Concerts Ltd, ATP America, Inc. & ATP Australia Pty Ltd" (hereafter referred to "ATP Group"). Tickets and venue accommodation cannot be re-sold without the express permission of ATP Group.
- All tickets through ticketing agencies are sold on behalf of ATP Group who are responsible for providing the event and are sold subject to the terms and conditions of sale of ATP Group as set out at www.atpfestival.com
- ATP Group reserve the right to change the listed bill, and/or vary advertised programmes, ticket price, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notification.
- No professional type cameras or recording devices will be allowed in the venues on site.
- Ticket holders consent to their filming and sound recording as members of the audience. By entering this event site you agree to being filmed or photographed which may be used for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Tickets and venue accommodation are non-refundable or transferable. If an outdoor performance/event is cancelled due to adverse weather or for any other causes reasonably beyond ATP Group's control, there is not right to a refund or exchange, and ATP Group is not obliged to arrange a substitute service, event or performance.
- No illegal substances may be brought onto or taken on the premises. Anyone caught in possession of such substances will be ejected from the premises and reported to the police.
- For the Minehead UK festivals, some alcohol, but not excessive amounts, can be brought onto the site and kept in your chalet. Alcohol cannot be taken into performance areas (where there are bars for your use). For the New York festival, alcohol consumed on site must be purchased on site at a Kutsher's or Raleigh Hotel bar. For the Mt. Buller, Australia festival, no open glass bottles of any sort shall be carried on the premises.
- For the Mt. Buller, Australia festival, all ticket holders are required to comply with Alpine regulations and Bylaws as set out by The Mount Buller and Mount Stirling Alpine Resort management Board and Buller Ski Lifts pty Ltd as set out at the ATP website www.atpfestival.com.
- Ticket holders may be subject to continuous sound levels which may cause damage to hearing.
- Forgery warning: Forgery of Tickets or Passes is a criminal offence punishable by law.
- Failure to follow any of the ATP Group's Terms and Conditions of entry shall result in ejection of the premises without refund of your ticket.

ATP/STORE
ATP/Store - Shipping and insurance.
- When you first enter the ATP/Store our servers will ask you where you are located in the world so that it can choose your default currency and correctly calculate your postage. As you add items to your shopping cart, the postage and packing will automatically recalculate. Postage is calculated by the actual weight of the products in your shopping basket.
- Once your order has been completed and payment has been cleared we intend to send out all orders within the week - when we do, we will confirm dispatch by email. Normally, we expect orders to arrive within five days in the UK and within a ten days elsewhere.
- Royal Mail and Australia Post offer the option to add insurance to your order by ticking the appropriate box in the shopping basket. Please note that if you choose not to insure your package we will not be able to refund any post-damaged or missing orders. - If you are making a large or unusual order please contact us on shop@atpfestival.com as we may be able to arrange an alternative shipping and/or payment method. By large order we mean USD1,000 and above.
ATP/Store - Returns.
- Unfortunately, we do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing fault with an item in your order. If you have received an item which is defective please contact us on shop@atpfestival.com with a detailed description of the issue as soon as possible.
ATP/Store - Cancellations.
- Should you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped please contact us on shop@atpfestival.com. We cannot guarantee a full refund if your package has been dispatched.
ATP/Store - Merchant and payment service.
- ATP/Store transactions are handled securely by Paypal Web Payments Pro UK. If you're having issues using your credit card or Paypal account with our store please contact us on shop@atpfestival.com.
- All prices are quoted in your selected currency. Any currency conversions will be calculated at today's exchange rate set by the intermediary merchants and banks.
