All press enquiries, please contact Judy at Motormouthmedia. www.motormouthmedia.com The event takes place over 3 days, from Friday 19th September to Sunday 21st September inclusive at Kutshers Country Club in Monticello, NY. The three-day festival will have performances starting in the mid-afternoon, with around 30 acts set to play live across the weekend with DJ sets until late into the night. There is dining, bars and other amenities onsite. Performances all take place indoors at the intimate venues within the complex, so you have no need to fear about the weather! Kutshers is a country club based in upstate New York, less than 2 hours from drive from New York City. The club is set in 1200 acres of beautiful countryside in the magnificent Catskills mountains. The resort comprises of a hotel with several bars/nightclubs and cafes/restaurants. Plus various other amenities including a swimming pool, golf course, tennis courts, health spa and much much more.. The ticket price is $225 + booking fee. This will gain you entrance into the three day festival including all performances. Tickets can be purchased with or without accommodation (extra cost for accommodation, see below) Limited accommodation is available on-site in hotel rooms that sleep 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 people. Accommodation is sold by the room in 3 day blocks only (Friday, Saturday, Sunday). You are permitted to have any number up to the maximum occupancy in the room. For example, if you wish to purchase a 4 person occupancy room, you are permitted to have 1 to 4 people sharing the room during the event, and the price is the same. In addition to this there is extra accommodation at the Raleigh Hotel a short drive from the site, here there is also a nightclub where we will have djs playing late into the night. Shuttle buses will run between the two sites. All rooms have TVs, private bathrooms, some have fridges, and some patio doors opening on to the view of the lake - All rooms are allocated on a first come first serve basis. See FAQs for room configuration The room costs are in addition to the $225 + BF per person Prices breakdown as $150 per person for 3 nights accommodation, they are as follows: A room for 3 persons - $450 All accommodation prices are subject to sales tax and a booking fee. Whilst we will be running shuttle buses to and from The Raleigh regularly throughout the 3-day festival, we will also be running a LIMITED shuttle service from the following accommodations. Please note that pick ups and drop offs at these hotels will take place only once or twice a day and are available on a first come first served basis. We have also included the approximate taxi fare from local cab company Yellow Cabs (845) 794-4040 should you wish to travel to Kutshers at your own pace.
