ATP / NY with My Bloody Valentine is NOT sold out. The final block of tickets and rooms are on sale NOW!. Q-When/where is it?
The event takes place over 3 days, from Friday 19th September to Sunday 21st September inclusive at Kutshers Country Club in Monticello, NY.
PLEASE DO NOT CALL KUTSHERS THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HELP WITH ANY ENQUIRIES. Q- How much do tickets cost? The ticket price is $225 + booking fee. This will gain you entrance into the three day festival including all performances. Tickets can be purchased with or without accommodation (extra cost for accommodation, for details see below) Q- How much does the accommodation cost? Limited accommodation is available on-site in hotel rooms that sleep 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 people. Accommodation is sold by the room in 3 day blocks only (Friday, Saturday, Sunday). You are permitted to have any number up to the maximum occupancy in the room. For example, if you wish to purchase a 4 person occupancy room, you are permitted to have 1 to 4 people sharing the room during the event, and the price is the same. In addition to this there is extra accommodation a short drive from the site, here there is also a nightclub where we will have djs and bands playing into the night. Shuttle buses will run between the two sites.
All rooms have private bathrooms, TVs, some have fridges, and some patio doors opening on to the view of the lake - All rooms are allocated on a first come first serve basis.
These prices are in addition to the festival pass price of $225 + BF per person.

3 persons, (1 double bed, 1 single bed), $450 Q- What are the addresses of the hotels? Kutshers Country Club and Raleigh Hotel Q- What other accommodation is available nearby? Whilst we will be running shuttle buses to and from The Raleigh regularly throughout the 3-day festival, we will also be running a LIMITED shuttle service from the following accommodations. Please note that pick ups and drop offs at these hotels will take place only once or twice a day and are available on a first come first served basis. We have also included the approximate taxi fare from local cab company Yellow Cabs (845) 794-4040 should you wish to travel to Kutshers at your own pace.
Best Western - $145 + tax per room/per night
The Lodge - $99 + sales tax per room/per night
Days Inn Of Liberty - $89 + tax per room/per night
Howard Johnson - $129 + tax per room/per night
Budget Inn - $75/$65 + tax per room/per night Q- What Do I Need To Bring if I am staying onsite? If you have accommodation you should bring towels and toiletries, bedding is provided. Q- When Will I Receive My Tickets?
All US/Canada tickets are being sent out this week (week of 25th August). For those outside of the US/Canada (International orders), your tickets are being kept by us for you to collect at the festival. To collect them you will need to bring:
Those who cannot bring the card used should have a photocopy of both sides of it, and if it is not their card they will need a signed letter from the cardowner giving them permission to collect the tickets. For those who don't have tickets yet, the cut off for posting tickets (US/Canada) will be Sept 8th, after which we will keep your tickets for you to collect at the festival. Q- What if I have a problem with my ticket? Please contact feedback@atpfestival.com Q- I feel like driving to ATP but how do i get there? The site is less than a 2 hour drive from New York City. New York City There are some additional/alternative directions available on the Kutshers site here: http://www.kutshers.com/lo/print/directions.htm Q- Which is the nearest Airport to ATP? The nearest airports are JFK, LaGuardia, Newark, and Stewart. Q- How Far are these Airports from ATP?
JFK- Approx 108 miles - 132 minutes
LaGuardia- Approv 96 miles - 116 minutes Newark- Approx 110 miles - 120 minutes
Stewart- Approx 45 miles - 50 minutes Q- What options are available if I wanted to travel to the site using the USAs fantastic public transport system? Bus Scheduled ShortLine/Coach USA Bus service from NY Port Authority Terminal in Manhattan to Monticello. Buses leave terminal locatred at 41st Street on 8th Ave. There are many buses throughout the day and it costs approx $58 return. Purchase tickets at windows 5,6,7. Call Kutsher's service desk on 1-800-431-1273 for information. Q- Can I Park On-site? Yes there is plenty of free parking for everyone, but we recommend for the sake of the environment that you car share where possible. Q- What Times Can I Check In / Out? Raleigh: Check-in is from 11am on Friday September 19th and check out is 10am sharp on Monday September 22nd. Kutsher: Check-in is from 12noon on Friday September 19th and check out is 12noon sharp on Monday September 2nd. Q- What Time Do The Bands Start On Friday? To be confirmed. Q- What Else Is There To Do? Well, apart from watching about 30 fantastic live acts in intimate venues. There are too many other activities to mention them all but here are a few to start off with.. Tennis Lessons and Private Court Time. Q- Where Do I Go If I Have A Problem Over the Weekend? To be confirmed. Q- Is There An ATM Machine Onsite? Yes there is. Q - Is there a bar at the event? Yes, of course! There will be several bars also with live djs.
Q - What about food? There will be food vendors on-site with several options covering carnivores, vegetarians and vegans. Please be aware, there are no cooking facilities within the accommodation. Q- Can I take photos/video? No professional type cameras or recording devices will be allowed in the venues.
