We're sorry for the short delay in updates but we've been very busy putting on our Christmas festival and preparing our Australian festival in the new year. We've decided that from now on we'll do the chart tallies every two weeks instead of every week. This will mean the charts should change more between each update due to more people getting the chance to vote in each period. The second chart will be online very soon, but for now here's some info on the results of The Fans first chart:
So the top two bands in the first chart were:
1 Sufjan Stevens
2 My Bloody Valentine
Unfortunately, Sufjan is unavailable for this festival.
We have an offer out to My Bloody Valentine and should hopefully be able to update you on the results of that very soon.
As Sufjan wasn't available we moved onto number 3 on our chart, and we're happy to announce that the first band confirmed as chosen by The Fans is:

We've also added another band to our side of the lineup in the shape of RETRIBUTION GOSPEL CHOIR featuring Alan Sparhawk from Low.
