Our Made In Japan event in London last Thursday was a big success with a lot of money raised for the Japanese Red Cross - around £19,370!
If you weren't able to make it, you can help support this very good cause by buying one of the amazing posters. Thanks to John Purcell Paper who donated the paper for the prints, Jealous who donated their time and Tim Biskup for donating the art. There were less than 150 of these high quality prints available in total and many of them were sold on the night - they are £25 each and all proceeds go to charity - CLICK HERE TO BUY ONE.
For making Made In Japan a great night we first want to thank the bands for their generosity - Tom Jenkinson (Squarepusher), Mark Bell (LFO), Andy Hung and Ben Power (Fuck Buttons), DJs Declan Allen and Ned Beckett. Thank you to Autechre for donating the free track for ticketholders. Thanks to Gemma Shah, Luca, Lindy and her faithful crew at the Forum, to Michael Brennan for doing sound for Fuck Buttons and LFO, and Niall for doing lights for Fuck Buttons.
Thanks to Matt Snowball for the free equipment loans, VBS, Time Out, Mama Group, Tim Biskup, Jealous Gallery, John Purcell Paper, Warp Records, LittleBig, YSLV and Matt from Flat E for their visuals. Thanks to Beck's, Magners, Asahi & Courvoisier for providing free riders and Richard Murray for co-ordinating the drinks. Thank you to the ticket agents at Seetickets, Stargreen, HMV, Bleep and Ticketmaster for reducing their fees.
