Thank you again for purchasing tickets to ATP's I'll Be Your Mirror Melbourne!
We previously emailed some of our festival customers to inform them that tickets to this event would be sent out to reach them last week. Unfortunately due to some unexpected problems the dispatch was delayed slightly, but we're happy to tell you that the last tickets have now been sent via registered post and should reach people in the next few days.
We're very sorry for any worry the delay may have caused and thank you for your patience and understanding - if you are traveling to the Melbourne area early and your tickets do not arrive in time before you leave, please email us at feedback@atpfestival.com with your booking confirmation number and we will arrange for an alternative ticket arrangement for you.
Note if you are outside of Australia or did not choose to pay for postage then you will pick up your tickets at the event using your booking confirmation email and credit card.
Look out for an email to all ticketholders this Thursday with a site map, more event details and stage times. If you bought tickets for more than one person and would like to make sure they get the info email too, just drop us a line at feedback@atpfestival.com and we'll send it out to them too.
