Ticket Information for ATP New York 2008

We are very pleased to announce that the next batch of ATP New York tickets are now on sale. There are two types of tickets on-sale today: first tickets without accommodation, and second tickets with accommodation at the nearby Raleigh Hotel. The Raleigh Hotel is situated approximately 10 minutes bus ride away from Kutshers and we will be running shuttle buses between the two hotels. The Raleigh also has a bar where we will have djs playing into the night.
PLEASE TRY AND READ THIS INFORMATION CAREFULLY AS IT WILL ASSIST YOU WHEN YOU COME TO PURCHASE YOUR TICKETS.
Tickets for the whole weekend are priced at $225 each + booking fee. Single day tickets are not available.

The Raleigh accommodation comes in rooms for 3 or 4 persons.
3 persons - $450 (Plus tax + bf) - (1 Double Bed and 1 Single)
4 persons - $600 (Plus tax + bf) - (2 Double beds)
Accommodations are sold by the room and in 3 day blocks only, (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), you cannot buy just a single night. You are permitted to have any number up to the maximum occupancy in the room. For example, if you wish to purchase a 4 person occupancy room, you are permitted to have 1 - 4 people sharing the room during the event, and the price is the same for the room, regardless of how many people stay. Each person will still need to purchase a festival pass.

Check-in is from 11am on Friday September 19th and check out is 10am sharp on Monday September 22nd. All rates subject to tax and booking fee. Rate for less than maximum occupancy is same.

You should work out ahead of time how many people you wish to buy tickets for and share accommodations with, then decide who is going to be the ticket buyer.
You will be asked first how many festival passes you wish to buy, and if you want just the 3 day pass or the pass with accommodation.
If you choose just the pass - then you will be directed to the payment page.
(These cost $225 each + $12 booking fee and will gain you entrance into the three day festival including all performances)
If you opt for accommodation then you will be directed onto the next screen where you will be able to choose the size of room you wish to purchase.
Once chosen you will be directed onto the payment page where you can see a the total cost of your tickets and accommodation added together.
Please note that the person whose credit card is used to purchase the tickets will be required to be present at the site to collect the tickets in an effort to prevent scalping. If the person whose credit card is used cannot be present, a photocopy of the front and back of their card along with the email confirmation letter they received when purchasing the tickets will be required.
For your convenience below we have provided a calculator which lists in detail all the purchasing options you can choose and how much each will cost in total and per person including all booking fees and taxes.
Please note that prices, (though they appear in USD), will be processed in GBP, so there may be a very slight fluctuation in final price due to exchange rate differences, though we are doing out utmost to minimise this. If you have any questions please contact feedback@atpfestival.com.
